Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join one of CI&T’s growing automotive accounts in the U.S. In this role, you will be required to have an onsite presence where you will be the primary point of contact for our client, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure client objectives are met, as well as supporting the identification of new business opportunities and the preparation of proposals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in senior management. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, deeply understanding their needs and helping to shape solutions to meet their goals.
• Maintain high standards of client relations, engagement, and communications.
• Expand the stakeholder network by introducing CI&T to new teams and departments.
Partner Relationship Management:
• Collaborate with external partners and other agencies to enhance the overall service delivery for the client and improve client satisfaction.
• Attend cross-partner / agency meetings as the CI&T representative.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure alignment with client objectives and project timelines.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ranging from small project proposals through to larger-scale RFPs.
• Lead the preparation of proposals, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a compelling, well-structured approach.
• Develop comprehensive account development plans to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue streams.
Industry Knowledge and Best Practices:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Share knowledge and insights through presentations and blog posts, with both client and internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts within a digital agency and ideally with experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Experience being accountable for the delivery of projects and outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
• Deep understanding of business processes, financial acumen, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
• Experience leading teams and managing finances
• Experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Familiarity with digital tools and agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Awareness and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds, with the ability to tailor communication and engagement accordingly.
Additional Requirements
• In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and familiarity with current trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Availability to Travel
• Willing to train the selected candidate and facilitate shipping them to Brazil, with occasional visits lasting 1 month (1-2 times a year).
Within the U.S., there may be a need for travel to a city close to Detroit.
